Maria Alampi imigrated to the United States from a small village in Italy.  Aside from firearms instruction, Ms. Alampi conducts cooking classes based upon her family’s cookbook. 

Ms. Alampi’s recipes have been enjoyed at many family dinner tables, and, her catering preparations have graced the tables of US Congressmen, NJ Statesmen, and local charitable events.

The cooking classes can accommodate up to 8 people per seating.  Maria will  guide you through the preparation of  an entire meal of her family recipes—which you will immediately indulge in!  Come! and bring your family and friends!  Couples find it to be a memorable date night.
